Shipping & Returns
The following is a summary of our shipping and returns policy.
Orders taken on this site will only be shipped to countries covered by our Silent Diving’s distribution. These include North, South and Central America.
We aim to dispatch your order within seven days. However, some products will be produced to order and estimated delivery time will be displayed for each product. If for any reason the product will take longer than the time specified to be dispatch we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
To ensure that you receive your order with the minimum of fuss, we ask that you give us the correct address with a zip code and a landline phone number, and make sure someone can accept delivery from us. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.
Products must be returned in an unused condition in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact together with a product receipt.
Products should be to be returned to us at your expense unless they are faulty when you receive them. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and safe return of the goods. Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and the cost of redelivery charged to your account.
All our shipping rates are listed in US Dollars (USD).
All shipments are sent via FedEx or USPS unless notified.
Please Note: If your total shipment weight is heavier than 30kg (maybe less than for some countries). Your shipment will be split equally between the number of parcels needed. You will be charged for multiple parcels.
Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 business days after the day of shipment of your product without the need to give us any reason. However, the following points must be observed:
Your account may be charged a 33% re-stocking fee depending on the item at Silent Diving’s discretion. The products must be returned in an unused condition in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact together with product receipt.
Products are to be returned to us at your expense unless the product is faulty when you receive it.
You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and safe return of the goods. Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and the cost of re-delivery charged to your account.
Your right to cancel will not apply if the products are made or tailored to your specification or personalized at your request.
Upon receipt of your returned goods, the price of the products (minus 33%) will be credited to your payment card within 30 days beginning with the day on which the returned goods are received. We are not responsible for non-delivery of returned goods, and it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting and delivery insurance as appropriate.
If you wish to cancel your order or return your item, please contact us by e-mail. Please Quote Your Invoice Number, The item(s) being returned, name and address. We will aim to respond to your email within one working day with the address the goods are to be returned to and when your account will be re-credited.
Returns of rebreathers will be subject to a 33% restocking fee.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you do receive damaged goods, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the part or unit (if necessary) to be exchanged.
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However, it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for a refund to be arranged for any money paid for them.
